Does the city of Logansport have a noise ordinance?

The city of Logansport prohibits unnecessary, excessive and offensive noise from all sources, specifically loudspeakers, radios, motor vehicles, power tools, construction, horns and signalling devices, participation in noisy parties or gatherings, and animals.  The following acts are unlawful in Logansport between the hours of 9 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Violations of the motor vehicle noise limits are subject to fines of $50-$250. 

Violations of other provisions are subject to fines of no less than $25 for the first offense, no less than $75 for the second offense and no less than $150 for the third and subsequent offenses.
