Logansport Junior Civic Theater celebrates 50th anniversary

Logansport Junior Civic Theater is inviting all JCT alumni to join them in a 50th anniversary celebration this weekend. Nearly 75 local youth between the ages of 3 and 18 will be performing in this weekend's production, which celebrates musical theater with excerpts from a number of classic Broadway shows, in addition to new favorites.

Choreographer Pat Buchanan says that during the final number, they hope to fill the stage with JCT alumni, who are invited to join the cast on stage to sing "There's No Business Like Show Business." Buchanan says she'll have the words available.

Tickets are $6 for adults and $4 for kids. Performances are Friday, July 29 and Saturday, July 30 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at McHale Performing Arts Center.
