Garage sales within the Logansport city limits must have a permit. 

Permits are $5 for 1 or 2 days and $10 for 3 or 4 days.

Garage sales are only permitted 2 days, twice per year, for a total of 4 days.

Signs are not permitted between the sidewalk and street, including trees, or on any telephone or light poles or street or highway signs. Failure to comply could result in a fine of not less than $100 per violation and no more than $300 per violation.
