INDIANAPOLIS — For a young man who could barely walk when he was a child, Kevin Callaghan showed no signs of those struggles as he strolled confidently to the podium to receive his award as Special Olympics Indiana’s 2012 Spirit of Special Olympics Athlete of the Year.
