Effective November 19, 2012, Indiana Social Security offices will be open to the public Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. – a reduction of 30 minutes each weekday. In addition, beginning January 2, 2013, offices will close to the public at noon every Wednesday.

Cass County Highway Department has been notified of a traffic change at SR 29 and CR 250S (road to Tyson plant), beginning on Tuesday 11/6/12. At that time, drivers using 250S will encounter stop signs at either end of the work zone which will permit single-file traffic only.

INDIANAPOLIS – R. Scott Waddell, Commissioner of the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV), announced that BMV license branches will extend hours of operation on Monday, November 5 and on Tuesday, November 6 to issue ID cards and driver’s licenses that may be used for identification at a polling place.
