The following holiday-related closings and cancellations have been reported:
The Cass County Government Building (Courthouse) will be closed Friday, July 3.
Logansport City Offices and LMU Offices will be closed Friday, July 3. Trash service will run without interruption.
Yard waste pickup: For Logansport residents who live on the southeast side, yard waste will be picked up Thursday, July 2 instead of Friday.
The Eel Township Trustee’s Office will be closed on Friday, July 3. The office will be open for business as normal on Monday, July 6 at 8:00 a.m.
All BMV license branches will be closed Saturday, July 4 through Monday, July 6. All branches resume regularly scheduled business hours on Tuesday, July 7.
Post Offices will be closed on Saturday, July 4, 2015. There will be no mail delivery or caller service on that day. All services resume on Monday, July 6.
