Visitor restrictions lifted at Logansport Memorial Hospital effective March 31, 2017

Due to the decreased incidence of the influenza virus in the community, Logansport Memorial Hospital visitor restrictions have been lifted – effective Friday, March 31, 2017.

Visitors are still encouraged to follow two basic rules:

  • Please do not visit the hospital if you have cold or flu-like symptoms, including coughing, fever, vomiting, etc. You need to stay home if you are sick.
  • Please utilize the readily-available hand sanitizer stations to clean your hands before visiting, and during your time here. Frequent hand hygiene prevents infections of all types.

Visitor restrictions may return with increased prevalence of any type of influenza. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to keep our patients safe from the spread of infection.
