Last Updated on July 26, 2021 by Indiana State Fair

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Calling all LEGO lovers! NEW to the 2021 Indiana State Fair, “City of
Bricks” is an award-winning, interactive experience featuring Sean Kenney’s Wild Connections Made with
LEGO® Bricks located in the State Fair’s Harvest Pavilion. The “City of Bricks” experience will be offered
free-of-charge with paid fair admission throughout the State Fair, July 30-August 22 (the fair is CLOSED
Mondays and Tuesdays).

Produced by Imagine Exhibitions, this incredible collection offers larger-than-life, nature-inspired
sculptures and creations made entirely from LEGO Bricks. This engaging experience is perfect for brick
builders of all ages and is an award-winning exhibition that uses beautiful works art made from simply
toy blocks to explore animal endangerment, the balance of the ecosystems and mankind’s relationship
with nature.

The narratives, along with the intricate displays, also explore the importance of conservation, the
balance of ecosystems, predator/prey relationships, as well as the relationships between humankind
and the natural world. Most importantly, the exhibition allows visitors to appreciate both nature and
the sculptures as something beautiful, and to inspire them to go home and create something beautiful
themselves.

“City of Bricks” at the Indiana State Fair also features the State Fair Cinema – an indoor movie theater
where you can wind down and watch a variety of movies from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day during the fair.
This new attraction also includes a hands-on experience where kids can build their own creations! Check
out “City of Bricks” and explore the beauty and wonder of this inspiring exhibit throughout the fair.
