Brian Matthew Bussard, 41 of Logansport, Indiana, passed away Saturday, May 16, 2026, from injuries he sustained in a motorcycle accident in Wabash, Indiana.
Born October 8, 1984, in Wabash, Indiana, he was the son of Kevin and Mary (Taylor) Bussard.
A graduate of Wabash High School, Brian enlisted in the United States Air Force. Following basic training, he served at Grissom Air Force Base.
Brian had worked as a process operator at The Anderson’s.
He loved anything with two wheels — motorcycles of every kind. Ninja bikes and Harley bikes were his favorites. Brian also got a big thrill out of sprint car racing.
A huge Dodgers fan, he enjoyed playing baseball whenever he could.
Surviving with his parents, Kevin and Mary Bussard, of Wabash, is his fiancée, Dora Cook; his children, Aaliyah Bussard, Maddix Busard, Jessie Cook, Harley Cook, Jovani Ramirez, Edward Cook, Jeremiah Hernandez, and Jonathan Hernandez; one sister, Stacey Bussard; his grandchildren, Maziken Ramirez, Azrael Ramirez, Jonah Rivers, Kristopher Hernandez, Junior Hernandez, and Elias Hernandez; and nieces and nephews, Austin Lester, Ava Tucker, McKinley Bussard, and Lyric Bussard.
Viewing hours will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 20 in Fisher Funeral Chapel, 1801 Chase Road, Logansport, Indiana.
A funeral service will follow at 6 p.m. with Pastor Brad Wright officiating.
