Michael Allen Wilson
Last Updated on June 23, 2026 by Cass County Communication Network
Michael Allen Wilson, a little one who knew only love in his brief life, was born into God’s care on Thursday, June 18, 2026, in Riley Hospital for Children. He was the much‑anticipated infant son of Curtis Michael and Sarah Michaela (Fisher) Wilson.
His name, Michael Allen, carried both family and faith – ‘Michael,’ meaning ‘Who is like God,’ shared from his parents’ middle names, and ‘Allen,’ meaning ‘little rock,’ a name long tied to steadiness and love, given in honor of his grandfather.
Michael was loved from the moment he was hoped for, and his tiny life reminds us how even the briefest time can shape the hearts that loved him, and touch others far beyond his family.
Surviving with his parents, Curtis and Sarah, are two sisters, Anniston Scott Wilson and Emilia Dawn Wilson; maternal grandmother, Dawn Fisher; paternal grandparents, Cindy Wilson (Terry Snyder); paternal great‑grandmother, Betty Maple Wilson; aunt, Courtni (John) Wicker; uncles, Jonathan (Nikki) Fisher, Jacob (Kim) Fisher, and Chase (Macie) Fisher; and several cousins, great‑aunts, and great‑uncles.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, John David Fisher and Chris Allen Wilson, and by his aunt Jessica Wilson and uncle, Daniel Fisher.
Private family services will be held. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Children’s Foundation, PO Box 3356, Indianapolis, IN 46206.
