Position: Plumbing Job Foreman/Team Leader

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Plumbing Job Foreman/Team Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a positive, honest team player who pays close attention to detail and has a passion for delivering quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of plumbers, ensuring efficiency and high-quality work.
Oversee the installation and repair of plumbing systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with plumbing codes and company standards.
Report job progress, updates, and changes to management.
Maintain a well-organized and stocked work truck, ensuring all tools are accounted for.

Keep accurate records of materials used on jobs, with the assistance of the manager.
Communicate effectively with team members and management, offering solutions to challenges and improvements to processes.
