Job Title: Plumbing Service Technician/Team Leader

Job Description:

Clearwater Plumbing is seeking a skilled and motivated Plumbing Service Technician/Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a positive, honest team player who values accuracy and attention to detail. In this role, you will service, diagnose, repair, and install plumbing equipment and systems while leading a team of technicians to ensure efficiency and high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and assist any team members, ensuring they work efficiently and effectively on assigned jobs.
• Plumbing Service & Repair: Diagnose, service, repair, and install plumbing equipment and systems according to company practices and plumbing codes.
• Job Completion: Complete all assigned jobs with attention to accuracy and detail, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and plumbing standards.
• Material Management: Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and clean work truck. Ensure all tools and materials are accounted for after each job.
• Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of all materials used and job specifics, ensuring accurate documentation for each project.
• Problem-Solving: Communicate effectively with management, providing recommendations for appropriate plumbing improvements and solutions to any challenges encountered.
• Customer Communication: Offer clear and helpful communication to customers, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction with the services provided.
