Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•    Responsible for case management, care coordination, and life skills training for a group home environment.
•    Responsible for directing the daily activities, meeting the daily needs and providing independent living skills education to consumers.
•    Delivery of assessment, treatment planning, intervention, and monitoring of goal achievement for consumers.
•    Transportation of consumers as relevant to their care plan needs
•    Achievement of service delivery goals and timely, accurate documentation/reports.
•    Desire to work in group home environment with individuals diagnosed with psychiatric disorders.
Base pay is dependent on education and experience:
•     $11.50 – $16.50/hour

•    Bilingual premium available for individuals fluent in Spanish or Burmese
•    Shift differential pay for Second Shift and Weekends

Additional Compensation:
•    Eligible for a retention bonus of $250 every 6 months
•    Eligible for $150/month in student loan repayment
•    Earn up to $750 for every person you refer and is hired and receive an additional $500 every 6 months as long as you both remain employed

• High School graduate or GED. A degree or further education in healthcare or healthcare management preferred but not required.

• Previous experience in a mental health setting or human services field preferred but not required.

• Previous experience as a nurse’s aide preferred but not required.

• Must maintain reliable transportation.

• Must have a valid Indiana Driver’s License with meet Center policy requirements for driver’s license points.

• Must maintain vehicle insurance requirements per Center policy.
