Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

A person in this position must have an understanding of state and federal regulations; including Medicaid. This includes the ability to read and interpret regulations.
Audits, evaluate and develop audit tools, complete audits within the agency as well as help prepare for external audits, coordinate all Center audits and develop and review Center’s master audit plan.
Complete administrative reports; monitor compliance with regulatory and external bodies.
Coordinate with clinical team and provide direction and possible training relating to documentation expectations as outlined by state and federal entities.
Coordinate amendments to the Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and processes.
Respond to client complaints; including contacting the client, investigating the complaint, contacting the supervisor and contacting the client with a resolution and/or close complaint.

Base pay is dependent on education and experience.
Bilingual premium available for individuals fluent in Spanish or Burmese
Additional Compensation:

Eligible for a retention bonus of $250 every 6 months
Eligible for $150/month in student loan repayment
Earn up to $750 for every person you refer and is hired and receive and additional $ 500 every 6 months as long as you both remain employed

Qualifications
Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience
At least two (2) years of experience in the mental health field required.
Necessary skills:
Able to utilize databases and/or other electronic means to perform duties.
Organizes/manages time and daily activities with little direct supervision.
