• Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
• Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues, providing guidance.
• Policy and Procedure: Administer company policies and procedures.
• Time and Attendance: Manage time and attendance reporting.
• Performance Management: Assist with employee development plans.
• Offboarding: Conduct exit interviews and manage documentation.
• Benefits: Assist with employee benefits and enrollment.
