Assistant Teacher/Float

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher/Floater to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childhood development and providing a nurturing educational environment for students.

Responsibilities
– Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
– Provide care and support to students, including toddlers and those with special education needs
– Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
– Support students in their learning and social development
– Collaborate with the lead teacher on curriculum planning and implementation
– Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members

Qualifications

-High School Diploma

-CPR/First Aid/Universal Precautions

-Must pass drug screening, criminal background check.

-TB Test at Health Department

-Up-to-date physical
– Previous experience in daycare, childcare, or working with students preferred
– Knowledge of childhood development principles
– Ability to assist in lesson planning and classroom management
– Strong communication skills
– Experience in a private school setting is a plus

-Extra trainings as necessary
