Responsibilities:
Designing, building, and repairing custom tooling and dies. Work with metalworking machinery and other tools to craft precision tools that meet strict specifications for size, shape, and tolerances. Interpret blueprints, operate various machine tools, and ensure that manufactured parts meet precise specifications.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
Experience operating metalworking machinery
Excellent attention to detail and precision
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
