Job Description: Classified
- Prepare, process and maintain personnel/employment records for all current and prospective LCSC employees
- Work with all LCSC departments and building administrators to promote efficient program for administering employee records
- This is a 260 (year-round), 8 hours/day position

Job Requirements:
- Responsible for preparing new certified and classified for staff for employment
- Preparing contracts for staff members
- Maintain employment posting site(s)
- Responsible for knowledge of information for licensing needed for certified positions
- Responsible for disseminating information to employees for FMLA and LOA
- Responsible for Worker’s Compensation claims
- Responsible for limited state and federal reports
- Poster Compliance /Civil Rights Compliance Officer
- Maintain professional certification by participating in IASBO certification program
- Other duties as assigned by superintendent
- Upon offer, applicant must complete and clear drug screen and expanded criminal history background check for school personnel as required by IN state law
Job Qualifications:
- Two year associates degree in business/administration or equivalent experience in business/office environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team with a positive mindset
- Efficient and accurate keyboarding/data entry skills with attention on detail
- Willingness to learn, solid attendance record and desire/ability to work with current and prospective employees
