Brake Press Set-Up

LSI Metal Fabrication is seeking experienced Brake Press Set-Up Operators!

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing/Configuring a CNC Press Brake for bending sheet metal according to specific blueprints and work orders including:

• Selecting appropriate tooling, dies, and machine settings
• Understanding the design specifications and dimensions for parts being produced.
• Programming/input necessary parameters bend angle, depth, and ram position.
• Verifying the set up.
• Making necessary corrections to the machines parameters based on the results of the test bends.
• Maintaining a safe work environment.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Blueprint reading and interpretation
• Knowledge of Press Brake Operations
• Use of precision measuring tools
• Problem-solving skills
• Attention to Detail
• Safety Awareness

Day Shift

40 Hours per Week + Overtime as needed
