Administrative Assistant

Main Street Community Church
The position consists of being responsible for providing administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient operations of the church.
Work Schedule:
4 hours per day, 5 days a week , for a total of 20 hours per week
Qualifications and requirements:
Some Clerical experience preferred.
Have excellent clerical, communications, and organizational skills, proficiency in publishing, and word processing software, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Publisher as well as PDF, effective verbal and written skills
Experience or familiarity using church management software (Church Windows) or with openness and ability to learn software system and become proficient
Have the ability to protect the reputation and integrity of others through strict confidentiality
Operate, and address the needs for all office equipment including copier, computer, etc.
Ability to work alone and be a self-starter without close supervision
Pay/ Benefits:
Part-time at $15.00 per hour
