Receptionist / Document Coordinator

We are a well-established, busy CPA firm located in Logansport looking for an energetic, professional individual with the following attributes:

· Must have good verbal and written communication skills

· Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel

· Organized and detail oriented

· Ability to multi-task and self-direct

· Knowledge of assembling income tax returns would be a plus, but will train the right person

Job duties include:

· Oversee front office area, including greeting visitors, answering a multi-line phone system, filing

· Scanning, copying and assembly of tax returns and financial statements

· Process incoming and outgoing mail

· Perform routine clerical tasks such as scanning, copying, faxing, and filing client documents

· Maintain inventory of office supplies

· Available to work overtime during peak tax season periods (mainly January – April)

Job Type: 50+ hours per week January – April 15th.  Flexible hours during non-tax season.
