With the implementation of Logansport Utilities new Enterprise Resource System, updates have
been made to the finances and billing sections of the company, including customer billing account
numbers.
The adjustment affects every customer account number but will only change the last two digits.
Many customers may have already noticed the update with the new billing paperwork. The first six
of the eight-digit account number will be the same sequence of numbers they have had on previous
bills, with the final two being different.
A majority of customers will have 00 at the end of their updated account number. This affects both
commercial and residential accounts.
This will not influence ongoing bill payments through ACH or online bill pay. Customers will not see
a disruption in payments or service with the updated account numbers. Customers may want to
note and update their own files and bank accounts for record.
