Sailors announces plans to seek third term as County Commissioner

Cass County Commissioner Jim Sailors announced today that he plans to seek a third term representing the 2nd district. Sailors, a Republican, said there are several projects in the works that he wants to see complete and expressed optimism about working with the new elected officials in Logansport.
