Logansport Memorial Hospital is pleased to welcome Lisa Jones, FNP-C, MSN, BSN, RN and Michelle Myers, MS, FNP-BC to the medical staff as part of the Logansport Memorial Physician Network.
Lisa Jones will join the providers in LMPN Family Medicine, located in Suite 270 of Medical Office Building West at Logansport Memorial Hospital. She will see patients alongside Dr. Kamlesh Kaul, Logansport Memorial Hospital’s newest family medicine physician.
Lisa received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University Kokomo, in Kokomo, Indiana. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana. Additionally, she is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses, and the Indiana State Nurses Association.
Previously, Lisa has worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Health Network in Peru. She has several years of both inpatient and outpatient experience working with psychiatric patients as well. She utilizes that variety of experience in her approach to caring for patients with chronic care needs such as diabetes, and also with educating diverse populations of patients with varying socioeconomic, cultural, and educational levels.

Michelle Myers will see patients in Healthy Companies, Logansport Memorial Hospital’s occupational health clinic. Healthy Companies is located inside the hospital, just past the Emergency Room, at 1101 Michigan Avenue in Logansport.
Michelle received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University Kokomo, in Kokomo, Indiana. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana. Additionally, she is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and CPR.
Michelle previously worked for Lutheran Health System in family practice, urgent care, and occupational medicine capacities to assess, diagnose, and treat patients. Since 2013, she also worked part-time at Verve Healthcare as well, serving the Howard County community in both family and occupational medicine. She brings a variety of occupational health experience to her full-time position treating patients in Healthy Companies, and uses a holistic approach to understand everything potentially affecting the health outcomes for her patients.
