CITY BUDGET 101: Tonight’s the night! Join us at 6:30 p.m. to learn more about how the state-mandated “circuit-breaker” property tax caps are affecting Logansport. ONLY A TEST: A nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) is scheduled for 2:20 p.m. today. You won’t hear the tornado sirens locally, but you may see or hear a message on your tv, radio or smartphone. More info here.

ICAN ELECTION: The Indiana Canine Assistant Network (ICAN) is holding a special election to choose Indiana’s favorite pup. More info here.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Cass County Road 600 E (Cass Station Road) is closed south of US 24 to CR 250 W for an access project at the new sand and gravel pit being constructed in the area. More info here.
