LMH Workplace Wellness relocates

As of Friday, October 7, 2016, the Workplace Wellness department at Logansport Memorial Hospital has officially moved to a new location. The Workplace Wellness team serves clients from all over Cass County, and as far as Chicago and Washington DC. Any clients utilizing this service on-site should make note of this relocation for the next time they visit the hospital.

The new address for LMH Workplace Wellness: 820 Fulton Street Logansport, IN  46947

This location is the former home of the Surgical Associates office with Drs. Todd Weinstein, Michael Lalla, and Gerhardt Winkel before he departed in 2015.
