Logansport Memorial Hospital recently had two providers from the Logansport Memorial Physician Network recognized as “Top Performers” in the “Outpatient Clinic Services – CG-CAHPS” category for “Overall Doctor Rating.” LMPN Hospitalist
Dr. Benjamin Anderson and LMPN Women’s Health Center OB/GYN Dr. James Hall were both given this award by national healthcare research leader Professional Research Consultants, Inc. (PRC) based on the patient satisfaction scores from phone surveys for care provided by each of these physicians. Logansport Memorial Hospital was honored with the award on their behalf during the 2016 Excellence in Healthcare Conference in Miami, Florida from May 18 – 21.
Dr. Anderson and Dr. Hall were recognized for this award and achievement at the annual Physician Dinner for the Logansport Memorial Physician Network, held December 7, 2016. Both physicians received a 98% overall rating in perception of care from their patients, which is outstanding.
The Excellence in Healthcare Awards recognize organizations and individuals who achieve excellence throughout the year by improving patient experiences, healthcare employee engagement and/or physician alignment and engagement based on surveys of their patients.
