Peak Community Services announces Project Snow Angel
Last Updated on December 15, 2016 by cassnetwork
Peak Community Services is happy to announce a new advocacy project called Project Snow Angel. Winter months make mobility very difficult for some people with disabilities. Peak is asking local businesses to sign a pledge agreeing to keep their sidewalks and entrances accessible to people in wheelchairs or who may have mobility issues. Participating businesses will receive a Snow Angel window decal to display on their front door. Peak will also include participating businesses in a press release to all local media and recognize them on their website and social media.
By making paths a little wider and a little more clear, we can work together to show everyone that Logansport is a welcoming place for people with disabilities.
