A public meeting on the proposed master plan improvements for a downtown war memorial will not be held Monday evening as scheduled.
The public meeting on the Cass County Memorial Center that had been set for McHale Performing Arts Center will be rescheduled. Mayor Dave Kitchell said Friday that consultants working on the project will not be able to attend. He expects to announce a new date for the meeting later this spring.
