Members of the LHS Speech Team secured a 12th place AA finish at the 2018 IHSFA State Tournament held Saturday, March 10 at Fishers High School. Competitors spoke against the top 48 qualifiers in each event, and representing 86 schools throughout Indiana. Jon Raderstorf advanced to semifinals and placed 7th in Discussion, while Alex Starkey and Caleb Sholty advanced to quarterfinals and placed in the top 24 of their individual event. Teammates Diana Pearson, Josiah Richey and Matthew Calisto also competed and earned ranks in the top 30.
