CCCF Town Hall Meetings set for Galveston and Twelve Mile

Last Updated on May 7, 2018 by cassnetwork

In celebration of their 25th Anniversary, the Cass County Community Foundation is hosting a series of Town Hall Meetings to share information and gather feedback about community needs. The Twelve Mile Community event will be held on Monday, April 23 at the Twelve Mile Community Building. The Galveston Community meeting will be held on Thursday, April 26 at the Galveston Community Center. Both meetings will begin at 5:30 p.m. and last approximately one hour.

The meetings will provide time for local citizens to hear from the Foundation about their specific work in the two areas and offer an opportunity for the two communities to share ideas of projects and future needs. The meetings are free and open to the public.

For each person that attends the Town Hall Meetings, $25 will be granted by CCCF to go towards a project to benefit the individual community up to a total of $2500.

All citizens in the area are encouraged to attend and discuss ideas on ways to improve the community.

The fourth and final meeting of the series will be scheduled in Royal Center in early May.
