Last Updated on July 31, 2018 by cassnetwork

The Cass County Family YMCA is honored to announce that they have accepted a generous $200,000 gift from Logansport Savings Bank.  The money is being given toward the recently announced capital campaign that will fund a $3.5 million total renovation of their 51-year-old facility located at 905 E. Broadway in Logansport.

Arden Cramer, President and CEO of Logansport Savings Bank had this to say about the donation: “Logansport Savings Bank is proud to support the Y capital campaign with a significant investment. The quality of life enhancements for our employees, our customers and our community are very evident with the great changes and improvements being planned. The positive impact to the community made the decision rather easy for us. We encourage others to join with this important project to keep the Y as a focal point in the wellness and health of our community.”

“We are thrilled to receive such a wonderful contribution from Logansport Savings Bank.” says Cass County Family YMCA Executive Director, Derreck Parkevich. “They have a long history of being deeply committed to Logansport and Cass County causes, events, and organizations. Whether its sports, the arts, education, or assistance programs, Logansport Savings Bank is always leading the way. We could not continue to grow and improve our facility as well as our programs without their support.”
