A Logansport-Cass County Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting for an art installation entitled “Fiesta de Flores,” created by Logansport High School art students, was held Friday, Aug. 3, 2018. The three panels were funded through an opportunity grant from the Cass County Community Foundation, Logan’s Landing “Dancing with Our Stars” funds, the Cass County Arts Alliance and the Kathy Dingo Memorial Fund. Huston Electric made and installed the panels, which are located on the Packard & Associates Building east of Heritage Park in downtown Logansport.
