Trine University is proud to announce Megan Martin as the December 2018 Student of the Month. Megan graduated in 2014 from Logansport High School with several dual credits giving her an advantage as she started college. After graduation, Megan was headed off for a traditional college experience only to realize that a traditional college experience was not a great fit for her. Megan decided to move back to Logansport and attend college while living at home. Along with her dual credits she earned in high school, Megan had prior college credits to transfer into Trine University. Megan seems to have found her home at the Logansport Education Center of Trine University. Majoring in psychology, Megan has an impressive GPA and currently sits on the President’s List. Megan is unsure of her plans after graduation but would like to become a school counselor or explore her options with human resources.
“I enjoy the Logansport campus because I don’t have to spend extra money on student living and the dining hall of the main campus. The Logansport campus makes you feel at home and I love coming into the building and being greeted by Lori and Betsy! I enjoy being able to work during the day and pursue my education at night.” – Megan Martin
