The Salvation Army of Cass County in a joint operation with the American Red Cross and Cass County EMA will open an emergency overnight shelter at:
WHERE: The Salvation Army Citadel 615 Heath Street, Logansport, IN 46947
WHEN: 7 p.m. January 30, 2019 to 8:30 a.m. January 31, 2019
Persons who are without heat or without shelter are encouraged to head to that location.
