Franklin Elementary Robotics results from Vex IQ State Tournament

Franklin Elementary sent a robotics team to the VEX IQ State Tournament on Saturday, March 9 at Lucas Oil Stadium. In the teamwork portion of the state tournament, Franklin placed 29th out of the 67 teams in their division. There were a total of 201 elementary teams competing at the event. Franklin qualified for state by winning the Teamwork Division and the Design Award at Landis Elementary’s tournament in January. They also won the Design Award at Columbia Elementary’s tournament in February. Team members include Isabelle Iles, Saylor McClain, Shelby Ping, and Tristin Schultz.
