KOKOMO, Ind. — Area college students, alumni, and community members are invited to attend the spring Kokomo Area Job Fair set for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, at the Kokomo Event & Conference Center.
The fair provides participants the opportunity to meet with employers and discuss potential job opportunities. More than 80 north central Indiana employers are planning to participate in the free fair, a partnership between Indiana University Kokomo, Ivy Tech Community College, Coca Cola Bottling Co, Indiana National Guard, and the event center.
Tracy Springer, director of IU Kokomo’s Career & Accessibility Center, noted participants should be sure to dress in professional business attire and encouraged them to bring their résumé in case an employer asks for one.
