Logansport Memorial Hospital to use phone surveys to gather community health needs

Logansport Memorial Hospital is preparing to initiate the development of a Community Health Needs Assessment for Cass County. The purpose of this assessment is to identify major health problems, gaps in services and other factors which may contribute to a less than optimal health status for residents of our community.

One of the steps in the assessment process is to conduct random telephone surveys to residents of Cass County. Logansport Memorial Hospital has contracted with Professional Research Consultants (PRC) to conduct the phone calls. The phone survey will begin on Monday, April 15, 2019. Residents are encouraged to participate in the phone survey.
