Four County Response to COVID-19: We continue to serve!
Last Updated on March 24, 2020 by Four County
Four County has taken a number of steps in response to the Covid-19 outbreak. To name a few: education to staff and consumers about personal preventative measures, escalated cleaning protocols, visitor restrictions, limiting attendees at appointments, and screening to ensure wellness of consumers before appointments. Given the fluid nature of the situation, we
are posting updates for consumers on our website www.fourcounty.org
All Four County services are open and staff remain available to ensure continuity of outpatient care services and to start services with new consumers. There have been no changes to our hours of operation.Crisis Services remain available 24/7/365. Our Inpatient Unit is open.
To support efforts to limit community transmission, Four County will be expanding telehealth services from the clinic to home environments and including phone-based services. The goal is for our consumers to experience little to no disruption in care. Consumers should contact the
office or their primary provider at Four County to inquire about telehealth options and phone-based care. We are ensuring that staff remain available for in person visits based for well individuals and will apply a risk-based triage model to care. If the safety of consumer is in question we have staff that can be deployed to home and other locations as needed.
Four County will be setting up community “warm lines” in the next week to assure that our communities have a phone number to call in order to make connections on needed resources. These warm lines will be available for all community members not just Four County consumers. More information will be forthcoming.
Finally, we continue to hire! The demand for behavioral health services will only increase over the coming weeks. We have implemented virtual interviewing and are working to create an on-demand orientation. These components will also allow us to rapidly on-board, train, and deploy new behavioral health staff.
If you are need of support you can reach Four County at 574-722-5151. Visit the crisis service page of our website for more information:
