It’s time for members of the Class of 2035 to enroll in kindergarten!
Here’s information we’ve compiled about Kindergarten Roundup or Registration for schools serving students in Cass County. For more info, contact the school your child will attend. We have a map that includes school districts at https://www.casscountyonline.com/2019/12/schools-cass-county-indiana/.
🐾 PIONEER ELEMENTARY: Kindergarten Roundup will be on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 from 5-6 p.m. If you have a student who is or will be 5 years of age by August 1st, 2022, and would like them to attend Pioneer Elementary, fill out the form at https://forms.gle/24GjoJUqnmbLUtPn8. Parents will fill out necessary paperwork, and your student will be screened by Kindergarten teachers during this time. You will need to bring a copy of the student’s birth certificate and shot records. If you only have the original, a copy will be made and the original will be returned to you.
🍓 LOGANSPORT SCHOOLS: The LCSC annual Kindergarten Roundup meeting will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. at each elementary school (Columbia, Fairview, Franklin, Landis). Please plan on attending one of these informational meetings if you have a child entering kindergarten for the 2022-2023 school year. Your child must be 5 on or before August 1, 2022, to attend kindergarten. Information will be shared at the meeting about screenings and online registration. Student screenings will take place the week of April 11 at your child’s home school. At the April 7 meeting, you will sign up for a screening time. 👑 LEWIS CASS SCHOOLS: Kindergarten Round-Up will be on April 12 and 13, 2022 from 12-7 p.m. at the Lewis Cass Elementary School (6540 E. St Rd 218 Walton). Students must be 5 years old by August 1 to enroll. You will need to bring proof of residency, birth certificate and shot record. Families will need to pre-register by calling the Elementary at 574-626-2504 or on the Lewis Cass Website.
☄️CASTON ELEMENTARY: Caston Elementary School’s Kindergarten Registration is now open! Children should be 5 years old by September 1, 2022. Early entry students will be accepted if they turn 5 years old on or before October 1, 2022.
