The Cass County Sheriff’s Office will be hosting an open house for the new jail addition. This event will be May 4, 2022 from 5-7:30 p.m.
Sheriff Ed Schroder stated, “This event will allow the citizens to see the new housing and intake area of the Cass County Detention Center.”
- Personnel will be present to answer questions and discuss the new facility.
- Entrance to the new addition will be the east walk-in door on the Fourth Street side of the building. The door is located between the two large overhead garage doors.
- Parking is available in the Government Center lots as well as the parking lot on the north side of High Street.
- Recording and photographs will not be permitted.
