School board candidates can file July 27-Aug. 26, 2022 ·

Wednesday, July 27, 2022 is the first day that an individual may file a petition of nomination as a school board member for the general election.

The deadline to file is Friday, August 26, 2022.

Candidates must live in the district and are voted on by only those voters in each school district.

In Cass County, each school corporation has two seats that will be on the ballot in November 2022:

CASTON
(File in Fulton County)
District 1 – Wayne (Fulton County)
District 5 – At Large

LEWIS CASS
District 3 – Galveston, Jackson
District 4 – Deer Creek East & West

LOGANSPORT
District 2 – Clay, Noble North-Logan; Noble -Logan; Eel West (north of river)
District 3 – Logan 1-7, Clay City and Noble City

PIONEER
District 2 – Boone
District 4 – Jefferson
