Darrell Ross, 67, of Royal Center, left this world peacefully at home on Thursday afternoon, September 8, 2022, with his family by his side.

Born May 28, 1955, in Manassa, Virginia, he was the son of the late Richard and Pansie Marie (Russell) Ross.

On November 10, 1973, in Riverside Church, he was married to Debbie Gibbs Ross, who preceded him in death on March 30, 2021.

He attended technical school to become a tool and die maker. He was a dedicated employee of Logan Stampings for 27 years.

He is survived by two daughters, Misty (Chris) Pfefferkorn, of Kokomo and Marie “Mimi” Harness of Lucerne; his former son-in-law, Jeff Harness; his “precious” grandchildren, Mason (Casey), Makala, Gabby and Talen; five brothers, Dennis (Donna) Ross, Dale (Joyce) Ross, Derek Ross, Daniel Ross, Mike Ross and Gary Ross (deceased); one sister, Julie Ross; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation hours will be held from 5 to 7 pm on Monday, Sept. 12 in Fisher Funeral Chapel

A funeral service will be held 11 am, Sept. 13, in the funeral chapel with Dawn Fisher officiating.

Interment will follow in the Davis Cemetery, near Burnettsville.
