Anthony M. “Tony” Rozzi

Anthony M. “Tony” Rozzi, age 61, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 23, 2023, at Rozzi’s Greenhouse in Logansport.

Born April 2, 1962, in Logansport, he was the son of William A. and Phyllis Musall Rozzi. His mother survives.

He was married to Anita Rausch, who survives, residing at home in Idaville.

A graduate of Logansport High School, Tony attended Ohio State University, where he earned an Associate’s degree in Horticulture.

Tony enjoyed landscaping, flowers and his cats. Recently he enjoyed driving the heavy equipment and cultivating the soil. He enjoyed cooking and eating good meals with his friends while camping.  

Tony also enjoyed spending time for many years at Crooked Creek Trails horse farm, where he later met his wife and proposed to her. Luke Riley at Crooked Creek was a long-time friend, almost like a brother.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are son, Shaun (Samantha) Rozzi, Fishers, Indiana; daughter, Kayla Michelle Rozzi, Danville, Indiana; granddaughters, Vallen Rozzi and Adalyn Rozzi.

Also surviving are a brother, Chris (Susan) Rozzi, Plainfield, Indiana; sisters, Jackie Springer (John Hess), Longview, Washington, and Jennifer Korreckt (Frank Boyd), Hoover, Indiana; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A son, Kyle Anthony Rozzi, preceded him in death.

Visitation will be from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, July 27th, at Kroeger Funeral Home.

The Funeral Service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Friday at Kroeger Funeral Home, with Rev. Ken Smith officiating.

Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
