Leadership changes at Logansport Memorial Hospital

Logansport Memorial has named a new Chief Financial Officer and a new Vice President of Patient
Services/Chief Nursing Officer.

Barret Rhoads

Barret Rhoads has been named Chief Financial Officer, effective November 27, 2023. As CFO, Barret will be responsible for managing and leading the financial initiatives of LMH, including but not limited to tracking cash flow, managing the accounting and finance departments, providing strategic direction, and ensuring the organization’s financial reports are accurate.

Most recently, Barret served as the System Vice President of Revenue Cycle at North Country Healthcare in Whitefield, New Hampshire. In addition to serving in many leadership roles in Revenue Cycle Management, he also has experience in the management of Information Technology and Facilities.

Before starting his career in healthcare administration in 2015, Barret served in the United States Navy for six years as a Cryptologic Technician Technical (CTT) where he led Intelligence Collection Teams (IETs) in
collecting signals intelligence for reporting, mission planning, risk assessment and mitigation, and other duties.

Barret graduated from Columbia College with a Bachelor of Arts in History, and he earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.

Emilee Albright, RN

Emilee Albright, RN has been named Vice President of Patient Services/Chief Nursing Officer, and she has been operating in this role since October 30, 2023. In this role, she will continue to focus on our quality
measures while also recruiting, training, and overseeing all nursing staff, managing operational budgets, and implementing new technologies that will promote better patient care and more efficient operations. Emilee has served as the Quality Director at LMH since 2021 where she has led the hospital’s quality initiatives on the hospital side (inpatient) and in the physician offices (outpatient). In addition to acting as Quality Director, Emilee has also served in positions of Sepsis Care Coordinator and Medical/Surgical Coordinator at LMH. Before coming to LMH, Emilee started her nursing career in 2007 and has worked in various positions of Nursing Leadership, including Director of Inpatient Nursing & Case Management Director.

Emilee is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University, and she holds a Bachelor of Nursing from Purdue University – Calumet. Emilee is a member of the Indiana Organization of Nursing Leadership, the National Association of Healthcare Quality, and the Agency of Healthcare Research and Quality.
