Water service interruption and closure of 3rd Street in Logansport starting Oct. 14, 2024

Contractors for the Logansport Utilities’ water department will be installing a new water main on North 3rd Street starting Monday, October 14, 2024.

A water service interruption will begin at 7:00 a.m. in that area and could last through late Monday morning. Affected residents are being notified.

A section of 3rd Street will be closed from Columbia Street to Center Street starting October 14 and will remain closed the remainder of the week, coinciding with Logansport Community School’s fall break to allow work to be completed and not disturb students.

Drivers are encouraged to seek an alternative route.
