Located at 800 Fulton Street, Logansport, (in the lower-level parking lot of the building), the center operates separately from the 4C health treatment clinic as a drop-in space designed to foster positive engagement with programs led by both adult and peer mentors.

Lisa Willis-Gidley, Chief Revenue Officer and Project Director of the grant states, “4C Health is dedicated to promoting wellness and resilience, with a focus on prevention and recovery service for youth. Community Corner is a testament to our commitment to empowering young people to lead healthy, positive lives within our community.”
