Alan D. Hughes, 74, Logansport, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2024, in Miller’s Merry Manor.

Born August 15. 1950, in Logansport, he was the son of the late John T. Hughes and Florence Svoma.

Alan was proud to be a veteran of the United States Army. He worked as a mechanic. He loved shooting pool and collecting things that interested him as hobbies. Alan was an excellent storyteller and could captivate you with tales of his adventures.

He is survived by his son, Kris Scott, Logansport; one sister, Darlene Lowe, Logansport; one niece, Kelly (Dana) Scott, rural Cass County, and one nephew, Rob (Maureen) Lowe, Las Vegas.

In honoring Alan’s wishes, he will be cremated and no services will be held.
