Five Below opens at The Junction, construction anticipated to begin on Popeye’s at Eastgate Plaza in Logansport

A truck hauling construction equipment to the north side of the parking lot at Eastgate Plaza where construction of Popeye's is anticipated to begin soon.

Equipment was also moved into place at Eastgate Plaza in Logansport, between Horizon Bank and Mi Mexico restaurant. Variances for setbacks, parking and signage for Popeye’s were approved by Logansport Board of Zoning Appeals on Feb. 20, 2024.

There’s also a fence up south of the former Mr. Happy Burger where Beef-A-Roo is slated to open.

Construction is underway on a gas station and convenience store at 1001 Wheatland Ave. on Logansport’s west side. The property is owned by Quick Shop, Inc.
