Several citizens have reported being contacted by Cass County Sheriff’s Office deputies regarding an outstanding federal warrant.

This is a sophisticated scam.

The deputies of the Cass County Sheriff’s Office will never call you to tell you about an arrest warrant or ask you for gift cards or money at your residence or by telephone to resolve a pending warrant.
